Shipping:

Shipping is a flat rate of $7.00

Please allow 3-5 business days for all orders to arrive.

We ship daily Monday thru Friday, all orders placed before 5PM/CST (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the next day via USPS Priority Mail.

You will receive an email notice with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy:

HAIR:

Exchanges only, no refunds, we will correct any mistakes made on our end. One exchange made per order, exchanges will be honored at our discretion within 7 days of receiving your hair for something of equal or greater value After 7 days, all sales are final. Only hair that is returned in its original condition will be exchanged. We do not allow exchanges to hair that has been removed from the bundle, worn, dyed, combed or altered in anyway. Federal law regarding human hair products prohibits the return of products that have been used. We take this very seriously due to hygiene purposes. The only way we accept an exchange is if the hair has been returned in its original state. If the hair has been altered you will not be able to exchange the hair and you will not receive your money back. If the customer would like to exchange their hair they are held responsible for shipping costs. There will be a 25% restocking fee if the hair has been damaged or tampered with in any way.

WAIST CINCHER PRODUCTS:

No refunds or exchanges on Ann Michell products. Please see the size chart and order the correct size. 

We will only correct any mistakes on our end, at no expense to the customer.
